• Manage and keep the company's customer relationship management (CRM) database up-to-date
• Verify data accuracy and segment the database for targeted marketing campaigns
• Master the Command and Brivity platforms to enhance the efficiency of database management
• Establish and maintain automated workflows for efficient lead and contact management
• Utilize Command and Brivity to pinpoint potential leads and opportunities
• Implement best practices for integrating and synchronizing data between platforms
• Provide training to team members on how to use Command and Brivity effectively and follow best practices
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand recognition, engaging customers, and boosting revenue
• Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital assets
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Deliver monthly ROI reports on "Lead Sources" and overall marketing performance for evaluation

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in database management, with a focus on Command and Brivity platforms
• Proven abilities in coordinating marketing campaigns, crafting social media content, and executing digital marketing initiatives
• Solid grasp of marketing principles and a genuine enthusiasm for crafting captivating content
• Exceptional communication abilities
• Innovative thinking and a creative approach
• Proficiency in graphic design tools would be advantageous
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
