The Opportunity

We're looking for a Marketing Manager with a focus on media and digital marketing to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and generate leads for our HVAC, electrical, and plumbing technicians. This role is critical to the continued success and growth of our business - success will be determined based on the quantity and quality of leads generated as well as operating within budget. Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000 - $85,000 annual salary performance bonus

Responsibilities

• Drive customer calls and leads to our call center team utilizing a variety of digital, media, and social media advertising campaigns
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate meetings between marketing vendors and the General Manager
• Analyze and report on marketing campaign effectiveness
• Present marketing best practices and new strategies to drive brand engagement and lead generation
• Actively track and Google PPC and LSA advertising and provide suggestions to optimize ad spend
• Assist with social media content creation and account management

Preferred Qualifications

• Home services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) or other high-urgency B2C marketing experience
• Google PPC and LSA experience
• Google Analytics experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing (or related course of study) and 2 years of professional experience OR 4 years of professional marketing experience
• B2C marketing experience
• Prior experience managing 3rd party marketing firms and vendors
• Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
