```Duties:```
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Assist with cleaning and resetting tables for the next guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism
```Requirements:```
- Must be 18 years old with previous experience working in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
- Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items
- Ability to upsell and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Familiarity with Aloha POS, SpotOn, or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers
