What we’re looking for in our next Team Member…
- Active certification in good standing as CNA, with the right to practice in North Carolina.
- Prior experience in long-term care (skilled/assisted) or CCRC is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills; able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Can-do spirit; able to build positive relationships with residents, family members, and staff.
- Customer service focus; able to resolve conflict/issues without becoming emotional or defensive.
- Strong time management skills; able to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Team player; happy to help others when needed.
- Flexible work schedule.
