Details for the position are as follows :
Payrate : $32 / hr W2
Job Title : Assembler
Location : Sylmar, CA
Duration : 6 months contract.
1st Shift : 6am to 3 : 00pm (9 / 80 schedule)
Job Description :
Performs routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual operations.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS :
- Solder Experience
- Weld Experience
- Harness assembly
- Inspection Experience
- Wire routing
PROJECT / SKILLS
- Describe the project they will be working on : Assembly work
- Size of the Team : 25
- Does the statement of work have any limitations on physical attributes? (Heavy lifting, long hours on feet, confined spaces, harnesses that have certain weight limits, etc.
Able to lift up to 25 Lbs
- FOR LI will they be operating any machinery? If so, what kind? No
- Type of background you are looking for (education, # yrs experience, etc.) : 5 Years of MFG Experience
- Any certifications required : J-Standard Solder
2nd Shift : 2pm to 11 : 30pm (9 / 80 schedule)
Job Description :
Performs routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual operations.
- Successfully completing training is a contingency for this assignment
- Must be computer literate and able to navigate computer
- 100% onsite
- Top 3-5 skills : Drawing and Schematic reading, aircraft or structural experience, safety conscious
TOP 3-5 MUST HAVE REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS :
- Wire Routing
- Adhesive Application Experience
- Schematic Drawing Experience
Preferred Skills / Qualifications :
- Soldering
- Welding
- Semi-Conductor Experience
