The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Documentation Specialist for a prominent client of ours.
This position is in Irving, TX 75038. Details for the position are as follows :
Job Description :
- $23 - $25 / hour based on previous experience.
- Reviewing and processing change requests for new documents and revisions to existing documents.
- Processing, organizing, and maintaining document control, and administrative functions of the product lifestyle management application to ensure applicability to governing procedures and regulations.
- Receive and coordinate assigned tasks by monitoring progress and performing follow-up activities.
- Perform evaluation of engineering documentation and supporting projects.
- Participate in cross-functional teams and coordinate change record design plan approvals as needed.
- Must be able to work independently with various quality and engineering functions.
Qualifications :
- Minimum HS Diploma or equivalent
- Four years of administrative or medical device industry experience, preferably working with engineering change control documentation.
- Knowledge and proficiency of electronic document control systems.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, change control and incoming inspection processes will enhance execution of the deliverables.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat, and other software tools Strong verbal, written, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
