CNC Mastercam Programmer

Temp to Hire Position

Shift: 7 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

$50.00/Hour

Our client is looking for a CNC Mastercam Programmer to join their team. They will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting the production process and inspecting parts to ensure they meet specifications.

Responsibilities and Skills:

*****Must be proficient in MasterCam*****

  • Experience as Machinist and MasterCam Programmer required.
  • Must be able to program for a 3-5 axis mills and 2-9 axis lathes optimally.
  • Knowledge of GD&T.
  • Experience in aerospace, medical, automotive and industrial.
  • Must be able to set up, operate and troubleshoot all programs written.
  • Experience setting up and running existing parts.
  • Experience in aerospace, medical, automotive, and industrial.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Work with the Plant Manager to ensure proper processes are being followed.
  • Communicate with customers and other departments to answer questions or address concerns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to write work instructions and process flowcharts.
  • Must be able to program, set up, operate and troubleshoot all programs written.
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand manufacturing processes.
  • Basic math skills (including subtraction, division, etc.).
  • Good communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Self-starter and goal oriented.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 per hour
