Advertising Account Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Advertising Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for selling both print and digital advertising solutions to local businesses in Franklin County, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market, the ability to establish long-term client relationships, and a passion for helping businesses succeed through effective advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new advertising accounts
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Develop tailored advertising solutions for local businesses
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and check-ins
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
• Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad placement and creation

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in advertising sales
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Strong knowledge of Franklin County's local business landscape
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
