The French Market is currently looking for a customer service-oriented store manager to oversee operations at our Colts Neck location. The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring and training new retail sales associates/baristas. Duties include administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels and managing budgets. The ideal candidate will be able to set and maintain high customer service standards, meet monthly sales goals and foster a positive working environment. You should have excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Hire, train and oversee staff
- Motivate the team to meet sales goals
- Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order stock when required
- Complete store administration tasks and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Degree in business administration, retail management or related field preferred
- At least three years of experience in a retail or cafe environment, preferably a management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High level of customer service skills

Duties:
