Industry Leading Civil and Probate Litigation Firm is looking for a Paralegal. Experience in Civil/Probate Law is a plus. Position includes case management, Legal research, Subpoenas, Deposition notices, Preparation of correspondence, Discovery and Pleadings. Also, preparing and e-filing documents with the courts.
- Degree in Paralegal studies or equivalent
- 2-5 yrs. of experience as a Paralegal or a similar position
- Strong research skills with high attention to detail
-Proficiency in Westlaw; Microsoft Word; Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
