Job Summary and Mission

Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of The Frothy Cup.
- Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume to keep the store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the rest of the team.
- Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers.
- Delivers exceptional customer service to all customers by acting with a customer first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs.
- Develops positive relationships with the rest of the team.
- Executes store operations during scheduled shifts. Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned. Follows Opening, Closing and Shift Transition policies and procedures.
- Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
- Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance
Job Qualifications Summary of Experience
- A proven history of maintaining regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- A history of meeting store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to direct the work of others Ability to learn quickly Effective oral communication skills Knowledge of the retail environment Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team Ability to build relationships.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 32 per week
