We are looking for a Client Executive to join our team to provide professional and efficient administration support to our clients and colleagues. As a Client Executive, you will be supporting one or more Financial Adviser with administration for our financial planning clients which will involve coordinating with your adviser and completing a variety of tasks.

 

We are looking for someone who is numerate, has strong attention to detail and enjoys working with information and data. You will demonstrate flexibility and willingness whilst enjoying the demands that come with working for a forward-thinking company. You will be willing to learn new tasks and have a keen interest in pursuing and developing your career within financial services.

About the role

 

As a Client Executive, you will provide administration support through the completion of various tasks which include but are not limited to:

 

  • Arranging team meetings, client meetings and appointments
  • Managing the post for your Adviser team
  • Administering new client pensions, investment, and risk contracts
  • Effectively liaising with product providers and partners
  • Managing and finalising client documentation from start to finish
  • Managing and coordinating annual client reviews which includes production of valuations
  • Processing investments, fund switches and sales documentation within defined service level agreements
  • Reviewing and completing investment transactions ensuring accuracy in line with original instructions
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Ensuring the back-office system is kept up to date
  • To adhere to FCA regulations, internal policies and procedures at all times

 

This role is integral to enabling a first-class service to our financial planning clients. Training is available to support ongoing personal and professional development.

 

About the role holder

 

The focus of this job is the timely provision of administration services to our clients and colleagues. You will be comfortable with numbers and enjoy working with Microsoft Excel and other systems to produce thorough and accurate documentation. Methodical and organised, you will take pride in delivering high quality, detailed work that meets the needs of our clients and colleagues, always paying close attention to the details. You will be passionate about the role you play in helping us to achieve our goals. With a collaborative and supportive approach, you will be a trusted member of the team who is open to sharing ideas and knowledge with colleagues and peers.

 

Job knowledge is built through structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers. You may be working towards or already hold a Certificate in Regulated Financial Services with a keen interest to continue your professional development within financial services.

 

Essential Criteria

 

  • Experience of working in an office environment, preferably financial services
  • Fully conversant in Microsoft Office
  • Proven Microsoft Excel skills
  • Good communicator including digitally (camera's on)
  • Attentive and methodical approach
  • Organised and able to prioritise effectively
  • Strong customer focus

 

Desirable Criteria

 

  • Previous experience of working in financial services
  • Certificate in Regulated Financial Services or equivalent professional financial services qualifications, either obtained or working towards
  • Experience of using CURO

 

Location

 

We are flexible on location and therefore, this role could be based in one of our UK offices in Worthing, Cheltenham, London, or Exeter. We operate hybrid working enabling home and office working. This role is full time, but we are happy to talk flexible working.
