What are the responsibilities and job description for the Party Host position at The Funplex?
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet party guests upon arrival
- Coordinate and facilitate various activities and games for children during parties
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all party attendees, especially children
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or issues
- Assist with set-up and clean-up of party areas before and after events
- Collaborate with other party hosts to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred
- Experience working with children in a professional setting is a plus
- Strong conflict management skills to handle any disagreements or disputes that may arise among guests
- Events management experience is helpful for organizing and coordinating parties effectively
- Public speaking skills to engage and entertain party attendees
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
