ANALYST

The Futures Group is looking for an Analyst to join our growing team. The Analyst works with other agency and client team members to develop robust analytic reports for clients, understanding customer behavior, defining analytics strategy, managing insights projects, performing analysis and writing reports and POVs. The position requires strong analytical skills to uncover data driven insights.

The ideal candidate has experience working with different types of data and reports and most importantly, an insatiable curiosity to dig deeper to identify meaning behind the data.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Manage the collection and synthesizing of data for clients. Data sources include (but not limited to) web analytic tools, client databases, client customer/sales data, industry information available and public data. 
• Provide analysis of website traffic for key clients including monthly updates, yearly summaries and ad hoc requests.
• Understand client’s business requirements and design reporting and analysis approaches tailored to their needs.
• Develop data capture business requirements, including page tagging recommendations and hierarchy.
• Provide integrated marketing analytical solutions for customer and channels to improve client decision-making.
• Apply various quantitative methods to combine and interpret information from multiple data sources.
• Stay current with client and industry benchmarks.
• Develop presentations for internal teams and/or clients.

KEY DELIVERABLES AND EXPECTATIONS FOR THIS POSITION:

• Deliver tracking analysis and reports to support client campaigns and programs, creative and recommended solutions.
• Ability to develop tracking and reporting requirements, particularly web analytics.
• Ability to collaborate and work well with others.
• Ability to contribute to increasing the level of innovation in data, analytics and CRM at the agency.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious, responsible, flexible and able to identify what analytical challenges should be asked and how best to answer them.

• 3 yrs industry experience in Management Consulting, Marketing, Advertising or Agency experience. (Agency experience preferred).
• Strong analytical skills; must have experience analyzing and interpreting internet-related data from standard analytic software packages.
• Experience in Digital Analytics (Website, Online Advertising and/or Search Marketing).
• Proficient in Analytical tools: Tableau, Microsoft Office Suite (expert user of Excel), other related software/tools
• Solid understanding of the fundamentals of digital advertising.
• Role requires the ability to write clear and concise PowerPoint presentations for client summarizing data insights, outcomes and implications in straight-forward and enlightening way for clients
• Bachelor’s Degree, in business (economics, finance, marketing), computer sciences or quantitative field (math, statistics), MBA a plus.
• Data Entry: Manipulation, Pulling, and Consolidation.
