Job Title: Communications Agent

Overview: 

As a Communications Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication both internally and externally for our organization. You will be responsible for crafting compelling messaging, disseminating information through various channels, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and the ability to adapt to various audiences and communication mediums.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively convey the organization's goals, initiatives, and key messages.
2. Write and edit content for various communication channels including press releases, newsletters, website content, social media posts, and internal memos.
3. Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive communication and reputation management.
4. Coordinate media inquiries and interview requests, preparing spokespeople and facilitating media interactions.
5. Manage the organization's social media presence, creating engaging content and responding to comments and inquiries.
6. Organize and execute events, conferences, and other promotional activities to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation.
7. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts through metrics such as engagement rates, media mentions, and audience feedback.

Salary : $18 - $26
