**Game Show Host:

You will have the unique privilege of harnessing your contestants' energy and excitement into a one-of-a-kind, personalized game show experience they will never forget! Our show is the star, and you are its best supporting actor. Each player will have the opportunity to take part in a completely unique, "5-star" experience, expertly run by you and your tech.

**Game Show Tech:

You will have the exciting opportunity of sitting behind the driver's seat of a real life game show! You will be tasked with the behind-the-scenes operation of each and every aspect of our show, to ensure every guest's experience is dynamic and unforgettable! Each player will have the opportunity to take part in a completely unique, "5-star" experience, expertly run by you and your host.

Key Responsibilities:

Time Management:

Punctuality is essential, not only when it comes to showing up for your shift on time, but to also make sure your studio is show-ready prior to contestant arrival.

-You must be able to perform your duties in a timely manner according to the booking schedule and any other responsibilities you may have.

-You must be fully aware of, and are solely responsible for, the times you are scheduled to work and any bookings you may have assigned to your studio during that time.

-You must be flexible and willing to help cover shifts according to scheduling needs.

(What that looks like: Showing up on time, in uniform, ready to have fun and make sure your players have fun. Helping out your co-workers in a pinch.)

Charisma:

Whether you are behind the scenes in the tech booth, or in the spotlight hosting the show, our staff need to always be ready and willing to entertain when guests are in the building!

-You MUST be a team player. Each show is run by a team of one host and one tech that are responsible for showing our players an amazing time, so working well with others is a requirement.

-You will need to be very comfortable in a public speaking setting.

-You will need to be extroverted and entertaining when needed.

-You will need to be able to quickly improvise in stressful situations.

-You need to be able to clearly and efficiently explain complex rules and adjudicate points in a fair and unbiased manner.

Rule Follower

At TGSE Frisco we have a show that we are very proud of, and have worked very hard to put together for our guests' enjoyment. In order to make sure we are giving our players their "5-star experience" our staff is responsible for making sure the product we offer is the product they are getting!

-You must be able to consistently run each show according to the TGSE Show Guide outline.

-You must be able to fluently explain the rules of every game that is being run.

-You must be able to calmly and confidently moderate and resolve any rule, points, or game related issues, in a live setting, completely unassisted.

-You must be able to train and assist co-workers if needed.

**Please Note: This is a single position that fills one of two roles (Host or Tech) according to scheduling needs. That being said, we understand that you may naturally prefer one role over the other, and we take that into consideration during the onboarding process.**

Working hours will vary depending on scheduled game shows and events

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
