The Garden Continuum specializes in Life-Scape development - which is the 10x version of landscaping.
Installation technicians will work with the Project Foreman in the development of our signature Life-Scape designs using regenerative landscape practices which includes soil development, plantings of all scales, hardscape features, and low-voltage lighting.
Installation Technicians will also assist in Spring and Fall clean-up activities alongside the Fine Gardening crew members.
Preferred Skills/Knowledge:
- Experience with installing or planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
- Equipment operation experience (compact tractor, mini-ex, mini-skid steer, all manner of handheld equipment)
- Experience with reading and implementing landscape plans and drawings
- Experienced with working with bluestone, fieldstone, granite, pavers, segmented retaining blocks, and/or brick masonry

Job Type
This is a FULL TIME position in March through December with reduced hours for winter months. Procedural filing assistance is provided for DUA claims..
- Monday through Friday (NO WEEKEND WORK! The weekends are Yours!)
- 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM daily with average weekly hours of 40 - 50 with overtime pay
- Position Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour based on experience & tenure
- Scheduled monthly performance evaluations (during your 90 day orientation period) that provide an opportunity to EARN MORE MONEY (within the position range) as you increase and share your competency.
