We are currently seeking a creative, talented, self-starter to join our team and manage our presence across our various social media and LinkedIn accounts.

Responsibilities

The Gateway Engineers Social Media Manager is a key role, and a newly created position. The selected candidate will manage the brand storytelling and corporate news presence across all social channels as the sole voice of the brand.

You will provide our company with your expertise to enhance online presence in all aspects of social media and social engagements, basic public relations, and support of internal communications. You will create and manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. Ultimately, you will manage and lead our social media presence to establish and sustain a high-level of audience engagement.

This position reports to the Director of Business Development, a member of the executive leadership team. This reporting structure will provide the successful candidate with a high-level of visibility into the company, as well as a high-level of visibility from the leadership team. This is a full-time, in-office position, located in our Pittsburgh headquarters facility.

This position requires local travel (as needed) to construction sites, project sites, and other Gateway offices.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing/Advertising preferred
• Demonstrable experience and familiarity with all applicable platforms and relative aspects of social media
• Work and/or internship history working in a related function

Experience/Skills

• Fluency in all social and professional media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Demonstrable social media strategy capabilities
• Working knowledge/fluency in Word Press CMS
• Demonstrable working knowledge of digital cameras to capture both still and video images. Video editing capabilities a plus
• Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing automation software
• Ability to translate analytics into meaningful reporting tools for management review and use
• Ability to take an idea or concept and turn it into reality
