Crew Leader
Duties:
- Lead a team of crew members to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
- Train and mentor new crew members
- Assign tasks and provide clear instructions to crew members
- Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Package products according to company standards
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Assist with sales activities, including interacting with customers and promoting products
- Utilize retail math skills for pricing and inventory management
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to sell products and provide exceptional customer service
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience in inventory control is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
