Grocery Associate

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Grocery Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, maintain a clean store environment, and ensure shelves are well-stocked with fresh products.

Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and purchases
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate stocking and cleaning tasks
- Stock shelves with products, ensuring items are neatly displayed and rotated appropriately
- Handle heavy lifting when restocking inventory or moving products
- Clean and sanitize work areas, including checkout counters, to uphold hygiene standards
- Maintain the overall appearance of the store by organizing displays and keeping aisles clear
- Package goods for customers and assist with bagging groceries
- Handle produce carefully to maintain freshness and quality
- Assist in retail sales activities as needed

- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with shoppers
- Excellent communication abilities to work effectively within a team environment
- Ability to stock shelves efficiently and maintain a well-organized store layout
- Capability to lift heavy items when restocking or moving products

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
