- Assist with financial clerical tasks
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Maintain and update financial records in the accounting system
- Support the budgeting process by gathering and analyzing data
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist in conducting audits and resolving discrepancies
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payments
- Collaborate with other departments to collect necessary financial data
- Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
