What You’ll Do
Coordinate and complete guest requests for Bell/Valet department
Maintain cash bank in compliance with company cash handling policies
Manage and distribute valet keys as necessary
Coordinate overall valet operation, by being familiar with valet software for a seamless valet operation
Communicate regularly with all departments for any Bell/Valet needs
Maintain organization of baggage storage areas and key storage board
Coordinate prompt luggage delivery and pick-up services
Qualifications
Experience in hotel bell/valet services preferred
Strong customer service orientation
Responsible and safety-focused
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights and holidays
Professional demeanor and uniform
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy bags
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
