The Goddard School® located in Land O' Lakes is looking for a motivated administrative office assistant. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of a developmentally appropriate learning program for young children.

The schedule for this position will be from 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm.

• Overseeing the operations of the School, relationship building, faculty training & development, and quality assurance.
• Developing strong relationships with our families.
• Being familiar with classroom ratios and ensuring teachers are efficient with time-management.
• Providing adequate tours and providing correct information about the Goddard Philosophy.
• Complying with state childcare licensing regulations
• Creating flyers for events and monthly calendars.
• Creative thinking for classroom events and holidays involving faculty, parents, and children.
• Demonstrating highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Closing the school on a daily basis by ensuring end-of the day procedures are complete by the staff.

Qualifications :

• Associates of Arts or Science Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development Associate (CDA), Education, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An inspirational leader and team builder
• Proactive about building relationships with new families and maintaining high enrollment to make sure the students have access to the best curriculum available
• Organized and able to multitask, strategically resolves challenges, and has a great attitude
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
