The Goddard School® located in Land O' Lakes is looking for a motivated administrative office assistant. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of a developmentally appropriate learning program for young children. The schedule for this position will be from 9:00am-6:00pm.

The administrative assistants responsibilities include the following:
- Overseeing the operations of the School, relationship building, faculty training & development, and quality assurance.
- Developing strong relationships with our families.
- Being familiar with classroom ratios and ensuring teachers are efficient with time-management.
- Providing adequate tours and providing correct information about the Goddard Philosophy.
- Complying with state childcare licensing regulations
- Creating flyers for events and monthly calendars.
- Creative thinking for classroom events and holidays involving faculty, parents, and children.
- Demonstrating highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Closing the school on a daily basis by ensuring end-of the day procedures are complete by the staff.

- Associates of Arts or Science Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development Associate (CDA), Education, or a related field
