We are seeking an energetic, nurturing, and self-motivated assistant director to assist in leading the brand new Goddard School of Conway!

Shift: 9 A.M. to 6 P.M.
Responsibilities
Supporting and/or maintaining appropriate staffing levels for enrollment in accordance with school policies & state regulations, including recruitment, selection & employee appraisals.
Assisting in maintaining records pertaining to the administration of the School in accordance with state requirements in health & safety, enrollment and licensing
Leading and/or supporting with teacher observations, training, coaching and orientation.
Planning and enhancing community relations to promote community awareness of the School and its educational offerings.
Advancing physical and intellectual competence by adapting program activities to meet the individual needs of the children.
Communicating appropriately and professionally with both parents and fellow staff members
Providing positive guidance by supporting social and emotional development
Establishing positive and productive relationships with families
Understanding and implementing Goddard’s Health & Safety procedures
Other assigned responsibilities
Qualifications
Associate's, Bachelor's, or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Willingness to work 9 A.M. to 6 P.M.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
