Looking for a friendly, positive, outgoing individual for our small office environment. Person must be able to wear multiple hats. Assistant to HR Manager and AP Manager. Job includes but not limited to, data entry, inventory control, payables, ap/ar, daily errands including but not limited to post office and banks, answering front desk phone, filing and etc. Person must have knowledge of Excel and Word. Quickbooks knowledge would be helpful as it is required for this position. Person must be organized, must be able to multi-task, dependable, have transportation.
40 hours per week
Monday-Thursday 8am- 5pm
Friday 8am - 12 pm
Employee must find the time to make up the four hours sometime during the week by either coming in early or taking a shorter lunch to get to the 40 hours.
