The Green Collective Eatery is looking for highly motivated, health-conscious individuals for FOH.
The Green Collective is a brand new fast-casual breakfast and lunch eatery coming to the Denver Lower Highlands neighborhood serving smoothies, smoothie bowls, salads, toasts, adaptogenic lattes, coffee, and tea. We believe that food should not only taste great, but make you feel even better. That is why our menu is health centric, refined sugar free, and packed with superfoods. We are seeking, health-conscious, reliable, and hard-working team members to join the Green Collective team. Front of House employees will manage the point of sale system and will be responsible for making coffee beverages, tea, and adaptogenic lattes. FOH will also make our beautiful toast flights. Beyond the food prep, they will be responsible for providing an incredible customer experience. We will expect our front of house employees to have an in-depth understanding of our menu, its ingredients, our mission as a restaurant.
Qualifications:
- Energetic and dynamic individuals who are excited about, and embody a healthy lifestyle
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Food Service experience preferred but not required
- Barista experience preferred but not required
- Genuine care and understanding for people's needs
- Composed in high pressure situations
Responsibilities:
- Manage POS transactions
- Provide top-notch customer service interactions
- Set up and tear down of food assembly stations
- Assemble salads, toasts, & smoothies with attention to detail and presentation
- Make variety of coffee, tea, and adaptogenic barista drinks
- Ensure timely completion of the Daily Checklist throughout your shift
- Keep FOH immaculately clean and presentable
- Become knowledgeable on menu, ingredients, and their nutritional benefits
- Report directly to Managers and Ownership team
- Help guide and train any new team members
- Take out trash
- Wipe Down Tables
- Utilize dishwasher for dine in ware
- Mopping
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to constantly operate a blender and POS cashier system.
- Must be able to regularly move boxes, weighing up to 55 pounds, throughout the store.
- Must be able to constantly position self to bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts.
- Must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens (almonds, cashews)
- Must be able to be on your feet for up to 6 hours
- Must be able to work various shifts per week and weekends. Our hours of operation are from 7am-3pm Tuesday-Sunday. The first shift will begin at 6 a.m.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
