SOUS CHEF
Year-round American restaurant situated on a historic Columbia County golf course seeks a hardworking, passionate chef to help lead our culinary team. Aside from being a great cook, we are looking for someone who is upbeat, enthusiastic, professional, and personable. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to take time learning about the needs of our varied customer base, our seasonally changing traffic patterns, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Must be able to maintain a clean workspace, be responsible for their station in a high-volume atmosphere and uphold professionalism in all situations.
