The GroundsKeeper has been a family-owned business for over 25 years. We are a highly regarded landscape and snow management company in Massachusetts. We are a small office with a great team. The environment allows you to working independently and also collaborate with others.
We are currently looking to fill a position in Accounting and HR administration. You will report directly to the company president in this multifaceted role. The position has areas of responsibility in payroll, invoicing, AR, AP, purchase orders, bookkeeping, and general administrative duties.
Major Responsibilities –
Process Accounts Payable invoices and payments
Manage all invoicing based on client contracts
Payroll administration and processing
Vendor and client correspondence
Contract reconciliation
Cost and revenue analysis
Document management
Insurance management
Assist in budgeting and cash flow management
Coordination and communication with the Operations team to accomplish the aforementioned tasks
Qualifications –
Bachelor’s degree – Accounting (Preferred) or Business Administration
Strong knowledge and experience with Quickbooks (5 years )
High proficiency with Microsoft office suite
Financial Analysis experience preferred
Strong computer skills
Notary Public a plus
Fixed Asset Management experience a plus.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solving
Detail oriented a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $76,000.00 - $81,000.00 per year
