Job Descripton: The role of the Assistant is designed to support specific real estate tasks which elevate Partner productivity and help maintain compliance. The Assistant is a member of the Partner’s team. Uniform services are to be provided to all the Partner’s within the Assistant’s “pod”.
Task List: HIGH PRIORITY
- Prepare Listing Contract
- Order O&E & AOL Report
- Prepare Purchase Contract
- Process New Listings
- IRES input
- REcolorado Input
- Brochure creation
- Counter Display
- Just Listed Postcard
- Order Measurements
- Order photos
- Create Corepath File
- Prepare Amend Extends (price changes, date extensions, etc.)
- Prepare Market Analysis Real Estate Reviews/MLS Searches (criteria to be provided by Partner)
- Prepare Focus 1st Information/Graphs – MORE TRAINING NEEDED
- Prepare Source Ads & Proof
- Order Boomerangs, Insiders and other marketing materials with time sensitive deadlines FRONT DESK
- Assist with technology issues (copiers, in-house systems) – Front Desk?
- Order HOA documents (order AOL info report or docs for closing)
- Include all information for Tour – Minimize Character amount – 250?
- Off the market/Expired/Withdrawn (Remove from MLS, Corepath, Sign/key, etc.)
- Back up other staff positions
Task List: MEDIUM PRIORITY
- Prepare Open House Ads & Proof
- Update record keeping (Tickler, WAR, Morning News, OH, Source, Etc.)
- 24 Hour Listing Clean Up
- Emails
- Set up Showings (May be assisted by Reception)
- Other Personal Marketing projects
Task List: LOW PRIORITY
- Real Estate Related Printing Projects
- Farm Marketing
- Special Packet creation
- Processing the Closing Worksheet
- Ordering Signs thru PA (commercial, open houses, etc.)
- Order Homes and Land/other advertising
