SHOREbar in Santa Monica is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Table Server Assistant. The TSA will be responsible in assisting servers with delivering food and cleaning tables. The ideal candidate will be an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. They are well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
SHOREbar in Santa Monica is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Table Server Assistant. The TSA will be responsible in assisting servers with delivering food and cleaning tables. The ideal candidate will be an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. They are well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Respond to guest requests and inform the server or management
- Prepare tables for service and restock all required supplies at the beginning of every shift
- Ensure the cleanliness of tables before, during and after service
- Clear and reset tables quickly between each guest seating
- Deliver food efficiently to guests
- Other tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a Certified Food Handlers card and Responsible Beverage Service Training.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must have attention to detail and willingness to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Must have high energy, great communication skills, and able to work as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have excellent time management skills.
- Must be able to stand during entire shift, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting.
