We have multiple offices throughout the state of Pennsylvania. The Halpern Law Firm is seeking an attorney to join our team. We are looking for someone with 1-7 years of experience, who can work in the Ardmore, PA office. Salary: Commensurate with experience, $70,000 to $150,000.
Responsibilities include:
· Representing clients injured by exposure to Asbestos.
· Meeting with prospective clients to represent the firms’ capabilities and assess overall case criteria for acceptance by the firm.
· Some travel required.
· Litigation including complaint drafting, motion practice, hearings and depositions through trial
· Case management
· Experience conducting depositions.
· Coordinating the ordering of medical, military, social security, employment, and union records
· Research and investigation of jobsites, equipment, and products
· Working up assigned asbestos-disease cases.
Qualifications include:
· Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
· Strong, hands-on work ethic.
