```Job Overview```
We are currently seeking a Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our operations.

```Duties```

-Dock and lift installation and repair

—towing and hauling boats
- Assist with mechanical tasks, including troubleshooting and repairs
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Rig equipment and materials as needed
- Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of tools and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

```Qualifications```
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

Please note that this position may require physical exertion, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
