This position is 100% in office in Hartford, CT. There will be an option to work hybrid between 6-12 months from date of hire based on proficiency.

Start Date : April 15, 2024

Training Hours : Monday Friday

8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm EST

Training Time Frame - 9 Weeks

You need to have :

Three years of relevant work experience in complex customer service, insurance, retail, sales or call center

High School Diploma or equivalent experience required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while navigating multiple programs and effectively use on-line resources

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Proven ability to think in the gray to solve customer problems where there is no clear or straight forward process / answer

We also prefer but do not require :

Prior experience interactions with independent insurance agents a plus

Office experience

Spanish-English bilingual a plus

The Hartford will make a direct contribution of $125 per month with a lifetime maximum up to $10,000 as a supplemental payment towards your student loan in order to help you manage the stress of student debt and help you pay down your student loan faster

Compensation

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role.

The annualized base pay range for this role is :

$40,685 - $61,027
