Haskell’s Design & Consulting Team unites architecture, engineering, and consulting professionals from across industries and geographies. Our diverse and innovative team allows Haskell to serve our clients with multiple project delivery methods including design-build, engineer-procure-construct, fee-for-service, or consulting services. The Design & Consulting Team serves a diverse set of markets including food and beverage, consumer products, aviation and aerospace, civil infrastructure, healthcare, and Federal Government projects. In this role, you will participate in project delivery in executing innovative planning, evaluation, design, permit, and construction support services for a variety of treatment plants, pumping stations, pipelines, and projects for industrial and municipal clients in the areas of water and wastewater. We are looking for a Civil/Mechanical/Environmental Engineer with a PE license that will provide project engineering.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist /develop scope, schedule, and budget for proposals
• Help facilitate related decision-making and solve complex problems
• Lead planning and/or designing a major engineering project and coordinate special planning, economic, and engineering studies
• Prepare and make presentations for meetings/workshops
• Successfully manage and deliver projects on time and within budget
• Utilize internal project management tools and resources
• Direct the work of CADD, designers, and engineers, and coordinate with other disciplines
• Assist with business development pursuits

Education/Experience:

• B.S. degree in a related engineering field (Civil, Environmental, etc.)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering and consulting

Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Successful marketing, proposal writing, proposal management, and public presentation experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct effective presentations and written report preparation

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
