The office manager will organize and coordinate administrative procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness ad efficiency to include marketing for the non-profit. This position requires a professional who can successfully handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and must be able to work independently with little supervision. Must have ability to handle pressure and prioritize competing tasks. The ability to maintain strict confidentiality is vital.
```Duties```
- Serve as the main point of contact for all office-related inquiries and requests
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments for staff
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Oversee office budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions
- Plan and coordinate social media and marketing campaigns
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department and ability to handle sensitive phone calls
-Maintain agency's database including family information, statistics for grants, volunteer and intern information
```Requirements```
- Proven experience in an administrative or office coordination role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to manage busy social media platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
