Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong background in sales, digital marketing, and brand management.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets
- Manage all aspects of the marketing mix including product, price, promotion, and distribution
- Oversee social media marketing campaigns to drive engagement and increase followers
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions
- Utilize Google Analytics to track website traffic and optimize marketing efforts
- Coordinate advertising campaigns across various platforms
- Maintain and update company website using WordPress
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Design marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite
- Implement content marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles
- Proficiency in social media marketing, email marketing, Google Analytics, advertising, WordPress, research, Adobe Creative Suite, content marketing, and marketing automation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $50,242.00 - $58,284.00 per year
