Sales and Customer Service Manager
The Heritage Flag Company is hiring a Sales and Customer Service Manager for our retail store in downtown Southern Pines. This is a full time position.

Our Sales and Customer Service Manager should communicate effectively, deliver exceptional service over the phone, via email or in person, and be driven to cultivate new relationships. A proven sales background is preferred. A good attitude is a must as our team is driven to do things better everyday and we’re always learning and growing.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute sales, in the retail store and via our e-commerce platform
- Collaborate with production team to facilitate product delivery
- Maintain open lines of communication with customer throughout the order and delivery process
- Willing to learn and refine new processes
- Daily interface with our e-commerce and ERP software
- Design digital proofs for custom products
- Manage inventory in multiple locations
- Strive to meet set sales goals
