Summary
Supervisors at the Hermitage Hotel deliver unparalleled guest service. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Taking food and beverages orders and ensuring that they are delivered to guest room.
· Explaining the menus to guests and accommodating their requests
· Treating all guests with the utmost courtesy and respect
· Assisting with closing and opening duties
