The Higgins Lake Campground is a family friendly campground that guides our guests in the process of making treasured memories.

Position Description:

This position requires professionalism, dedication, and communication. You will work with a small on-site team to achieve daily and weekly tasks. This is a front of house position and requires continuous communication with guests at a professional level. The following tasks are required:

• Phone communication with future and on-site guests
• Professional email writing to future guests
• Cleaning of store, food service area, and bathhouses
• Ability to use POS and Reservation software (will provide training)
• Reporting to direct management

Requirements:

• Ability to stand 6 hours
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Professional communication with on-site guests
• Ability to take direction from supervisors/managers
• Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and guests
• Develop positive guest relationships
• Email and Phone correspondence
• Ability to be present and away from personal cell phones during work hours
• Ability to keep store space clean and orderly at all times

• Ability to follow safeserv protocols, make, deliver food, and scoop ice cream

Hours Availability:

This position is seasonal and starts immediately and ends no later than October 15th. The earliest a shift will start is 8am and the latest a shift will run is 11pm. Most shifts are 6 hours without break; exceptions can be made with notice at time of interview/hire.

We are currently hiring 2-8pm shifts all days and 8-2pm shifts Friday-Sunday. A minimum of 18 hours a week is required.
