We are seeking experienced a Boat Yard Marine Travel Lift Operator to join our team at the Chesapeake Bay Location in Annapolis, MD.
This position works with our team hauling and launching boats in addition to other marine boat yard work. This position requires experience with Travel Lift operation, crane, forklift, hydraulics and other boat moving systems, blocking procedures, waterfront operations.

Job Responsibilities :
- Operate marina equipment including but not limited to marine forklifts and travel lifts.
- Use equipment to move vessels in and out of water and to designated workspace / storage.
- Ensure performance is within company standards.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment to ensure operation.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Operators experience (forklift, travel lift, payloader, roll-off)
- Travel Lift / Boat Forklift operation experience and certification is a major plus!
- Self-motivated and vigilant with attention to detail in handling equipment, boats, and assisting customers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
- Must pass forklift training and be qualified within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to provide a high level of service and a memorable experience for our clientele.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to perform necessary maintenance functions to keep the marina equipment operable.
