Position Overview:
The IT & Data Coordinator is responsible for configuration, maintenance and deployment of all software and physical IT assets for the Homegrown Restaurant Group. This position works closely with Restaurant and Business Operations and a collaborative work mindset is imperative.
The IT & Data Coordinator is responsible for configuration, maintenance and deployment of all software and physical IT assets for the Homegrown Restaurant Group. This position works closely with Restaurant and Business Operations and a collaborative work mindset is imperative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily support of all IT Systems
- Update and maintain Toast POS
- Website updates for The Homegrown Group’s unique URLs
- Deploy and Manage project-oriented IT objectives
- Coordinate new hardware purchasing and installation
- Coordinate connections of various cloud-based enterprise software
- Coordinate consistent analysis of IT security and threat removal
- Lead IT upgrade and system deployment initiatives
- Other relevant tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in hospitality management, quick-service preferred
- People-focused with a positive and collaborative attitude
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong bias for action
- Understanding of SAAS software deployment and IT Hardware
- Ability to effectively use SQL, Microsoft PowerBI, PowerQuery, PowerPivot and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communications skills

Who we are: Homegrown Sustainably Sourced is a fast casual sandwich and grain bowl concept with multiple locations across the greater Seattle area. We serve seasonal, organic farm to table produce via our proud partnership with Ecolibrium Farms in Woodinville, WA. Our business is predominantly lunch driven, with our highest volume between 11am-3pm.
