Position Title: Facilities Coordinator
Position/Job Summary:
The Facilities Coordinator position is responsible for facility maintenance oversight to ensure the safe, smooth operation of the Homeless Coalition and Fabulous Finds. This includes but is not limited to supply management, minor repairs, beautification, and maintaining the sanitary condition of all Homeless Coalition and Fabulous Finds facilities.

Desired Minimum Qualifications:
3 years of relevant training and experience, which demonstrates the knowledge and skill to perform the duties and responsibilities as described. The duties listed above are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed.
This position requires satisfactory approval through the DCF level II background check process by the state of Florida and will require renewal every 5 years.
