Join Our Team: The Hope Source, a leader in providing comprehensive treatment and educational services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is looking for an experienced and dedicated Revenue Cycle Manager to enhance our dynamic team. The main responsibility of the Revenue Cycle Manager is to oversee the Billing Department tasks from Eligibility to Audits to maximize revenue for the company's health.   

Responsibilities include are but not limited to:  

  • Full billing cycle oversight including credentialing, authorization, claims, denials and collections 
  • Function as Account Receivable (A/R) Specialist
  • Identify and monitor payer trends and issues via bulletins, trainings and other sources.  
  • Develop and maintain Insurance payor relationships (credentialing and rate negotiation) 
  • Monitor Billing compliance and best practices across clinical, operations and billing departments 
  • Audit management 
  • Manage Billing operations and workflow 
  • Monitoring utilization of benefits and collection maximization 

Billing department supervision of a team of 3-4 and our outside credentialing contractor by delegating tasks, ensuring timely completion of responsibilities and communication.  

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 2 years in revenue cycle management within healthcare.
  • 5 years in healthcare billing
  • 3 years in administrative or supervisory roles.
  • Behavioral Health billing experience preferred.
  • Proficient in medical billing software and EHR systems.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid).
  • Expertise in credentialing and payer contract negotiation.
  • Ability to identify and address payer trends.
  • Experience in audit management.
  • Proven team supervision and development skills.
  • Effective payer relationship and vendor management.
  • Skills in workflow optimization and billing compliance.
  • Capability to maximize benefit utilization and collections.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • HFMA, AAPC certifications preferred.
  • Additional billing and coding certifications a plus.

Position Details:

  • Full-time role, 40 hours per week.
  • Day shift
  • Salary Range: $68,000-$80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
