Venture Builders is a local, family-oriented remodeler that has been in the ‘Valley since 1989. We provide contracting services in the local Shenandoah Valley and Harrisonburg, VA area. A sample of our work includes bathroom and kitchen remodels, decks, and home improvements. We believe in empowering our employees to take ownership in all they do. Venture Builders Inc. is seeking a self-motivated, experienced Construction Coordinator. The Construction Coordinator will be working closely with homeowners and our design staff and will report directly to the owner and the designer/estimator. 

Construction Coordinator responsibilities:

  • Making completion deadlines
  • Working in the field as needed hands on
  • Ordering materials
  • Scheduling subcontractors
  • Keeping up with change orders.
  • Estimating as needed on small work and change orders.
  • Ensuring timelines and quality of work are up to the standards of our company and what our clients demand.
  • Keeping technicians and subcontractors on track and productive.

Construction Coordinator Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in all phases of construction.
  • Must have good management and people skills.
  • Must be able to communicate well and be well organized.
  • Must be clean cut and dependable.
  • Clean driving record

Construction Coordinator Compensation:

  • $22-25/hour (Depending on experience)
