Job Posting for Contact Center Representative at The HT Group

The HT Group is partnering with a leading financial services company to find a Contact Center Representative in North Austin! In this role, you will answer incoming calls, respond to questions, and provide top-notch customer service to members about products and services. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, amazing phone etiquette, and a high level of professionalism.

 

This is position is an office position in with the potential to go hybrid after training. This is a direct-hire opportunity paying 20-24/hr depending on experience.

 

Required:

  • High school diploma required
  • 2 years of customer service experience; 6 months of call center experience required
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Amazing customer service and communication skills

Desired:

  • Financial service experience is a huge plus
  • Experience solving customer issue in a calm and effective manner
