What We Are Looking For:
The Hub Stadium is a spacious, high-energy, entertainment venue offering guests a unique experience for Team Building, Corporate gatherings, Birthday parties, Weddings, Showers, Holiday Events AND ALL THINGS FUN! .
Salary commensurate with experience. Top-notch experience is required.
More About the Position:
- Developing, planning and selling private parties at The Hub Stadium Novi and Auburn Hills
- Responsible for generating private party sales first proactively, second organically
- Actively participating in weekly meetings and setting communication standards and expectations with management team
- Establishing sales objectives by creating sales plan with management
- Continually growing relationships with current and new clients
- Work professionally with both FOH and BOH to execute and plan private parties
- Responsible for effective contract management
- Assuming responsibility for execution of events, communicating all requests of the client in an effective and sensitive manner
- Ensuring all required elements are scheduled, ordered, and communicated with team
- Supporting a team of teams with various operational duties such as team recruiting, on boarding, and training as needed
