What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista/The Human Bean Pasadena, MD position at THE HUMAN BEAN?
The Human Bean, a national leader in drive-thru specialty coffee and premium beverages is now hiring in Pasadena, MD. Due to overwhelming demand and also some of our long-term employees heading off to college, we are looking for Baristas. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older, current or prior experience as a Barista in a high paced coffee shop a plus! Starting pay is $15 per hour, plus tips! Candidates must be kind and caring. We only want the best of the best for our current staff and customers!! You must have open availability for the morning shifts (5:30 am) or closing shifts (7pm). YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS!! If you have thought about becoming a Barista before, and you have the ability to learn quickly, we can train you at the store with our certified Training Managers teaching and testing you along the way!
