Description The Card Risk Strategy Implementation Manager is responsible for the implementation of more complex credit risk strategies for the credit card portfolio. This includes knowledge of Fiserv (previously FDR) green screens and usage of decision rules management platform. Also, providing end to end solutions including requirements gathering, designing, building, test support, implementation, production validation and reporting. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform analysis to develop new risk strategies or to enhance existing risk strategies Implement risk strategies using Experian PowerCurve Strategy Design Studio (SDS) or FICO Strategy Advisor for multiple business portfolios Design effective reusable components to improve the development productivity Proactively manage implementations and identify risks before they become a critical blocker. Drive step change improvements in credit performance by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior, applying risk models, and testing hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Minimum of 4 years of experience in Risk Management, Product Management for Credit Card or Debit Card Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on knowledge of Fiserv platforms and systems Minimum of 4 years of experience using data manipulation tools such as SAS, SQL, R, or Python, Business Objects, or other tools to query large databases and manipulate large data files. Minimum of 4 years of experience with credit risk management solutions preferred, (i.e., Experian PowerCurve, FICO – ACS, TRIAD, or Strategy Director.)
