We are a 160 bed skilled nursing facility. We care for rehab and longer term care patients.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is able to help assess our residents and code their diagnoses for reimbursement. We are looking for someone who is familiar with MDS. You will work with team members and the Administration to help provide the best care. This is not a hands on nursing position. There are times you might be asked to help with care. This is mostly an office position working with EMR and other nursing programs.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
